Matthew Rice is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Vistamark Investments LLC. A distinguished leader in the investment industry, he brings nearly three decades of experience guiding private clients, family offices, and institutional investors. As Founder of Vistamark Investments, Matthew is recognized for his strategic vision, innovative portfolio construction, and unwavering dedication to client success.

Matthew also serves as the integrated Chief Investment Officer for First Business Bank, overseeing $3.5 billion in client assets; integrated Chief Investment Officer for Goldstone Financial Group, directing the investment strategy for an additional $1.2 billion; and integrated Chief Investment Officer of several family offices.

Previously, he was Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Fiducient Advisors, where he helped grow the firm from a startup into a national consultancy with $260 billion in assets under management at the time of his exit. Matthew decided to embark on a new chapter after the firm came under new control, seeking to continue providing highly personalized service and independent advice. During his tenure, Fiducient was recognized as the #1 institutional investment consulting team in the nation by Barron’s in 2020.

Sean McEvilly, CFA

Managing Partner

Sean McEvilly, CFA, is a Managing Partner and Founder of Vistamark Investments, with extensive expertise spanning both traditional and alternative asset classes. He specializes in private markets research and leads the firm’s efforts in manager sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio design—identifying opportunities in private equity, private credit, and other less efficient markets with the goal of delivering superior outcomes for clients.

Sean earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Northwestern University and a Master’s in Management Studies from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. He later founded Crescent Capital and held leadership positions at Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management, where he oversaw institutional portfolios exceeding $2.5 billion in assets.

William Seyfarth

Managing Partner

William Seyfarth is Managing Partner of the VistaWealth Office™ at Vistamark Investments, where he leads a centralized team focused on delivering integrated wealth planning and advisory services to corporate executives, business owners, family offices, and charitable institutions. Recognized for building enduring client partnerships, Bill brings more than a decade of advisory experience working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals at firms such as Goldman Sachs, AllianceBernstein and Dimensional Fund Advisors where he developed a strong track record navigating complex financial landscapes and delivering client-focused solutions.

Bill earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Northwestern University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Kansas. He is active in the community, currently serving on the Board of Directors for Team Pulte and as an Auxiliary Board Member for The Leukemia Research Foundation, in addition to volunteering with Misericordia and Bernie’s Book Bank.

Ryan Walter

Partner, Director of Institutional advisory

Ryan Walter is a Partner and Director of Institutional Advisory at Vistamark Investments LLC. An accomplished institutional investment advisor, Ryan brings over 20 years of experience guiding endowments, foundations, healthcare organizations, and retirement plan sponsors, delivering high-level counsel to both institutional and private clients.

Before joining Vistamark, Ryan was a Senior Consultant at NEPC, LLC and Fiducient Advisors. There, he led transformative advisory initiatives for a diverse national client base and partnered extensively with Matt Rice during Matt’s multi-decade tenure as Chief Investment Officer at Fiducient Advisors. These collaborations helped drive successful outcomes across complex engagements for major nonprofit, healthcare, and retirement plan clients throughout Chicago and across the country.​

Earlier in his career, Ryan held roles at J.P. Morgan and Merrill Lynch, where he gained valuable experience working directly with both institutional and private clients across a range of investment needs and organizational objectives.​

Widely regarded for his client-first philosophy and hands-on leadership, Ryan leverages deep expertise in institutional governance best practices, investment policy design, asset allocation, manager selection, and fiduciary oversight, with a track record of implementing strategies that align client mission and long-term objectives. Advisory Partner

Jen Lambert serves as an Advisory Partner to Vistamark Investments, with a particular focus on supporting family office clients that hold significant real estate portfolios. With the assistance of The VistaWealth Office™, she helps families optimize property performance, integrate real estate holdings into broader wealth strategies, and guide long-term planning for multigenerational success.

In addition to her advisory work, Jen is the Owner and Operator of Blue Sky Investment Group, a real estate operating company she has led since 2002. Through Blue Sky, she has built and managed a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties across the Chicago area.

Manager of Administration

Susan Town serves as a Manager of Administration at Vistamark Investments LLC, where she brings more than 25 years of broad-based experience in administrative leadership, office management, and client service operations. Drawing on a career that has spanned multiple sectors of the financial and professional services industries, Susan plays an important role in ensuring Vistamark’s operations run efficiently and seamlessly.

A proud graduate of Oklahoma State University, Susan combines her academic foundation with a deep understanding of administrative systems to strengthen the firm’s internal infrastructure. At Vistamark, she oversees account administration, custodial coordination, and client onboarding. She also partners closely with the firm’s leadership to enhance process design and operational workflows that align with Vistamark’s high standards of service and fiduciary care.
